About

A practice
for everybody

Anyone can benefit from yoga, regardless of age, gender, physical ability, or level of experience. By creating an inclusive and welcoming environment, we can all share the benefits of this ancient practice and support each other in our personal journeys towards greater health, wellness, and self-awareness.

I encourage my students to listen to their bodies and modify the practice as needed to meet their individual needs, offering variations of poses to accommodate different levels of experience and physical abilities.
As a yoga teacher, I feel privileged to guide my students on their yoga journeys and help them discover the many benefits of the practice, not only on the mat, but for everyday life.

Through teaching yoga, I’ve understood how important it is to share the knowledge with the community, and learn from one another.

My yoga path

I discovered the practice of yoga in 2010 while studying Marine Biology. I was just looking for something to keep my body healthy and fit, but instead I discovered a new world. Yoga has been a transformative experience that has helped me not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.
Noticing the profoundly beneficial effects on my everyday life, I have continued to practise with enthusiasm and passion, especially since I found the guidance of a teacher who has a strong and deep knowledge of classical Hatha yoga, including pranayama and meditation, which has strongly influenced my practice.

With AETO (Associação Europeia de Terapias Orientais) I qualified as a certified Hatha yoga teacher. I am now continuing my studies with the Arhanta Yoga Academy.
Sharing the practice of yoga with others has been incredibly rewarding for me, it felt like a natural step.
